Owner Representation: As an owner’s representative, we provide organizations our expertise in design, construction and operation. The Owner has contractual obligations to the project team and a range of responsibilities in relation to the project’s end-users, stakeholders, and governing authorities. We acknowledge the Owner’s central role in the project and manage the activities on the Owner’s behalf. We work to implement vision from initial idea to stabilized operations. Our role demands a comprehensive understanding of the latest project delivery techniques, construction methodologies as well as sensitivity to the project goals and design objectives.


Project Management: We organize the project, manage the day-to-day work of all the parties, and document key decisions and activities. With conscientious oversight of budget, schedule and quality, we lead the team, distill the information and provide the owner with concise and clearly defined options and recommended course of action.


Consulting Services: We understand that the needs of every client are different which is why we offer a la carte construction consulting services. We possess the real estate and construction expertise that can provide real value to every project. Services which we can provide include but are not limited to Physical Assessment, Construction Monitoring, Construction Dispute Resolution Support and Project Rescue & Completion.
